Bihar and Uttar Pradesh State governments planned to bring back their citizens from other states. So who are now Delhi from beginning of lockdown, unable to travel their homes. Here it the application form to apply travel from Delhi to other states.

Applicants if travel to their home town need to provided required details i.e Name, Age, Male/ Female/ Trans Gender and Address in Delhi, District in Delhi, Mobile number, Destination Address, Government ID (Aadhaar or Voter ID), Destination Railway Station then proceed to submit application form.
