PIB Current Affairs 31 July 2020. Government of India encouraging start-ups in agriculture field to providing employment opportunity to youth, enhancing income for farmers.

The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare is funding start-ups under the Innovation and Agripreneurship Component of Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana. For the year 2020-2021 In the first phase 112 startups in the area of agro processing, food technology and value addition funded  Rs/-1185.90 Lakhs.

Smart India Hackathon 2020 Grand Finale held on 1st August 2020. Honorable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi address the event via video conference, Interacting with students on the occasion. The main of the Smart India Hackathon is provide a platform for students to solve the problems we face in our daily lives.

The first edition of Smart India Hackathon held on 2017. For the first time nearly 42000 students participated. For 2018 1 lakh students participated & 2019 2 lakh students participated. This year for first round more than 4.5 lakh students participated. Follow zeal study for next update
